TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The Scottish Rite Orient of North Carolina will hold the second Liberty Mutual Rite Care Golf Tournament for the benefit of the Scottish Rite Language and Learning Centers of North Carolina on Sunday October 2 and Monday October 3, 2011 at Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club 3002 Cameron Blvd. Durham, NC.
The event will begin with a silent auction and banquet to be held beginning at 5:30 PM October 2nd in the ball room of the Washington Duke Inn. Banquet tickets are $75.00 each.
Ms. Andra Blanchfield will play the harp during our Reception and Auction.
The featured speaker at the banquet will be UNC's All American basketball player Lennie Rosenbluth, who guided the Tar Heels to a perfect 30-0 season and National Championship in 1957.
The golf tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 10:00 AM Monday October 3rd. Entry for the tournament is $150.00 per player. The format is four-man captain’s choice. Entry forms and additional information can be obtained from Ray Hall (336) 601-5015 or secy76@yahoo.com.
A new Cadillac sedan will be awarded for a “hole in one” on a designated par three hole.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded immediately after the finish of the tournament Monday afternoon.
Sponsorship levels are as follows:
Platinum Sponsor: $5,000.00 Entitles a Sponsor to 12 players, 12 tickets to the banquet and placement of a sign at a tee or green designating a Platinum Sponsor
Gold Sponsor: $3,000.00 Entitles a Sponsor to 8 players, 8 tickets to the banquet and placement of a sign at a tee or green designating a Gold Sponsor
Silver Sponsor: $1,000.00 Entitles a Sponsor to 4 players, 4 tickets to the banquet and placement of a sign at a tee or green designating a Silver Sponsor
Bronze Sponsor: $500.00 Entitles a Sponsor to 2 players, 2 tickets to the banquet and a sign at a tee or green designating a Bronze Sponsor.
Team Sponsor: $600.00 Entitles a Sponsor to 4 players and designation on a sponsor’s banner.
